Wild Meadow Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a jewellery design studio providing handmade jewellery, commissions, workshop experiences, gift vouchers, cleaning and repair services, and related products.

2. GENERAL TERMS

By placing an order, making a booking, or purchasing a gift voucher, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms comply with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and the Hallmarking Act 1973.

3. JEWELLERY PRODUCTS

3.1 Product Descriptions

We aim to describe products accurately; however, handmade and natural materials may vary slightly in texture, size, pattern, and colour.


Gemstones are clearly described as natural, lab-grown, simulated, or enhanced where applicable.

3.2 Hallmarking

All precious metal items above legal exemption weights are hallmarked in accordance with the UK Hallmarking Act 1973.

  • Silver over 7.78g

  • Gold & Palladium over 1g

  • Platinum over 0.5g

Items below these weights may not bear a hallmark.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP. If delivery or customisation fees apply, these will be clearly displayed before checkout.

4. CUSTOM & PERSONALISED ORDERS

4.1 Non-refundable

Custom-made and personalised jewellery cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty, as permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

4.2 Production & Design

Timelines will be confirmed at the point of order. Minor variations are normal for handmade items and do not constitute a fault.
