Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Validity

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the voucher.

2. Redemption

Vouchers may be used towards:

  • Jewellery purchases

  • Workshops

  • Repairs & cleaning

  • Commissions

3. Single-Use Rule

Gift vouchers must be redeemed in one transaction.
No partial balance can be carried over.

4. Non-Refundable

Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

5. Lost or Damaged Vouchers

We can only reissue a voucher with proof of purchase.

6. Personalised Messages

A message-request form is emailed after purchase. The final digital voucher is sent to the purchaser to print or forward..

7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse vouchers that appear altered, duplicated, or fraudulent.
